“Brix-Placemakr Salt Lake City is brand new. In fact the workout area wasn’t completed yet. Room was good size & well designed. Great light relatively quiet for an Utah Pride weekend. It’s not like a bare bones Airbnb. It had a full compliment of everything from cutlery to cooking pots and pans, strainers bowls, brand new washer, dryer & TV hooked up to Roku easily accessing Netflix and other streaming accounts! No human property manager to deal with, emails with info if you had questions you...

“Nunca hubo contacto visual con una persona .. áreas comunes cerradas con la excusa del COVID , la chimenea no prendió el primer día y al día siguiente mandan a alguien , se vuelva a dañar el sábado y nos dicen q tenemos q esperar hasta el lunes q pueden mandar a alguien… sin mencionar q se escucha todo lo q sucede en el piso superior ….muy mal … ”

“It was a good place to stay overall. The space was very clean. It is mainly a place for younger family as there are stairs to climb and the second bedroom has bunk bed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. ”

“We arrived to location office was closed. We went back to reservation and had to call. Apparently the system did not book it correctly or something. We did get a room but not the one we reserved. My only issues were it was super hot and took about 2 hours to really cool down. Having to have a code to go up and down elevator was a pain and the floors in the apartment were dirty. There was also only 1 TV with external Roku- which was fine but was not able to turn it off or volume controls without...
