Peace and quiet, nice accommodation

Stayed at this gem for 2 nights, it was close to a family members wedding in Tonica. Just a lovely place, has everything you need. Great nights sleep, it was so quiet. I would go back if we are ever out that way again.

Girl's Weekend Away

Nice!

We liked how well stocked it was. Nice and cozy. Only complaint was furniture was uncomfortable . We were there to hike and see the sights. Had a rainy day so was inside. Great place to stay though. Would definitely stay again.

hot tub don't turn on from the button for us we tried several times, water in hot tub didn't fill up before it got cold, fireplace upstairs was fried out fire hazard, upstairs porch was under construction unsafe to have kids in a room like that. also we couldn't use the water park on saturday because we purchased through a third party .

Nice property great location

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was extremely clean, temperature control nice, very effective. The kitchen is very well stocked and equipped. We enjoyed the location and close amenities. We brought 2 adults (couple) who shared the king bed and 2 teens who could share the bedroom with 2 queen beds. The other bed option was a pull out sofa. We would definitely choose this property again!

The up keep of the property should be betterIt needs a new king size bed,more comfortable You can tell it's cheap and old. Also need a new refrigerator, rust in the freezer is bad. Cracks in the tile in the kitchen should be repaired. The hot water is turned up way to high, very dangerous.The caulking in the bathrooms is horrible.

Very comfortable townhouse.

We had no issue with the actual townhome however the site advertised that it was within a tenth of a mile to the restaurants and the little down town. This was not true. We needed to drive to town which took about 10 minutes. Also the building letter was not provided with the address when it was first given so it took quite awhile to find the actual unit. Home itself was very clean with comfortable beds. It could use some brighter bulbs as not much natural lihht is available.

Grand Bear Villa

Overall was very nice. Lots of amenities. Great location. We were comfortable & enjoyed our stay. The unit could use brighter lighting. It was difficult to read even with the lights. It needs some repair on the tile floor in the kitchen. Some were broken & starting to loosen. FYI-the tub combo upstairs is draining very slowly.

Thanksgiving getaway

The property was amazing!!!l Rooms and kitchen was spacious. Plenty of items provided that could easily be forgotten such as ketchup, mustard, coffee, ext. We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family!
