“Great location and service”

“The hotel is near the CTA Red Line, actually it can be seen from the metro. The place was clean, however, cleaning in the room it's only made once every two days and when it's made, the sheets are not changed and beds are not made”

“The location is great and probably that's the highlight. The hotel is overall good, not excellent for a few reasons. There are ice machines in every floor, not all of them work. The elevator shaft makes strange metallic noises that are heard and felt in rooms close to it. Bed pillows are horrible; one is too soft and the other is rock solid. And, you have to tell front-desk personnel to refill bathroom amenities because apparently housekeeping does not check them. All these might be minor...

“Excelentes instalaciones, ubicacion y persona amigables”

“Si”

“Ok, this hotel is the BEST for the night before the Chicago Marathon. It's right in front of the starting corrals, so FOR THIS it's the best hotel. Now, it's an old hotel and it requires maintenance! it's expensive for what you get. But I can tell you I had a great night before the race so I can totally suggest this hotel for that purpose.”

Me volvería a quedar aqui, espero mas tiempo”
