Cleaning supplies were well stocked and kitchen well stocked. Place was nice. Hosts service people were helpful and friendly.

This property was way over-priced! The unit has not been updated in $30+ years. Master bath door did not latch or lock, window cranks were broken, bugs/mosquitos on a bed and in bathroom, drapes were broken, so we could not close at night, the sofa had a huge tear in it, the unit was not adequately stocked with hand towels and washcloths, and the carpet was stained in multiple areas. Giving 1-star for this property is generous.

This property really needs to be updated but the location is great! Be prepared to hear traffic because you have to leave your windows open (no a/c) but the access to the Sebastian and being steps from town is worth it. Wish the owners would just spend a little money and update. I sneezed every time I opened the curtains because they’ve been collecting dust since the 80’s. But our kids got a fun lesson in what CD players are. Haha. BUT even though it’s dated, the kitchen has everything you need and the place is cozy!
