Luxury 5,500' 6 Bdrm Home, SPA Features- Located between Vail & Beaver Creek

  • Esta casa de 5500 pies cuadrados está ubicada entre Vail y Beaver Creek en la ladera de la montaña y tiene una vista espectacular de 30 millas hacia las montañas.
    Su tamaño espacioso permite una reunión de amigos o familiares y tiene todos los extras.

    La casa tiene una gran cocina gourmet de gran tamaño con una isla central. Cuatro de las habitaciones tienen camas king. Uno de los otros tiene un conjunto de camas gemelas con una cama Queen, el otro tiene dos juegos de literas (completamente abajo y dos arriba).

    La casa tiene tres niveles, cada uno con excelente vista y dos salas de estar. La gran sala es de 35 x 35 con techo de catedral y vidrio de piso a techo. La sala de recreación en el nivel inferior tiene una sala de estar frente a armarios empotrados con TV, estéreo, DVD, etc. También en ese nivel hay una mesa de billar de competencia y una barra de 8 pies. Las dos áreas proporcionan una reunión tranquila para un grupo arriba mientras el otro se divierte abajo jugando al billar o golpeando las características del spa o los niños jugando xbox, etc.

    El propietario estará encantado de ofrecer referencias de aquellos que se han quedado.

We were 2 families attending a wedding in Vail and the location and size of the place were perfect for us. The kids especially loved the lower level, hot tub and sauna. On the downside it seemed no one had stayed there in awhile because it was dusty and the outdoor furniture needed to be cleaned off by us. Windows didn’t have screens but bugs weren’t a problem.

Our group loved staying here! The location was great! 5 minutes from Beaver, and 11 minutes from Vail made it a quick drive to either resort for hitting the slopes. The house was massive! 3 levels, large bedrooms, multiple living areas. With a group of 8 adult men, it was great that we all got our own space and did not feel on top of each other. It had everything we needed and the host was readily available when we had questions. Would highly recommend to any large groups, whether its for a boys trip, couples, or multiple families with kids.

Lovely mountain top views from three floors. So many bedrooms!!! Everyone in our party of five had their own bathroom, and there were two additional bedrooms we didn’t use.The kitchen had everything we needed. It might be nice to upgrade pans, but we wanted for nothing.Towels were great (and plentiful). Hot tub and sauna were such a gift (only wish it were colder outside).Our April trip was designed for skiing, but the dry and warm winter only allowed for two days of spring skiing. We used the rest of our days hiking great trails (one is just a half mile above the house) and biking in Glenwood Springs.Patrick was easy and available.

What a great house to hold our motley crew for the week!! The 3 levels are awesome - there is tons of space and two large living areas with tv’s and couches. Kitchen has most everything that is needed - just gotta hunt for it!! Vail is a 15 ish minute drive from the house. Nice trails up the hill for hiking. Challenges with the heat on the lower floor on one of the last days but host was able to assist and had things repaired in no time. Sauna was great and hot tub was fabulous after some services to remove the green water but all good after a day to heat back up! A great place for a family vacation!!

Guys ski trip

The property and location were perfect. Spacious and right in between vail and beaver creek. The hot tub, sauna and steam room are really a nice touch. We couldn’t say enough good things

Just what we needed

Our daughter got married in Vail and our family stayed several days here. Very happy with the location and the amenities. The kitchen is stocked with way more items than many rentals we have stayed in. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Great Family Get Away

Brought our adult children and their spouses on this trip. This property was big enough for each couple to have their own space and a large enough room where we could congregate in the evenings to play games and talk about our day. The host is easy to contact and is very accommodating. He is very knowledgeable of the area and can offer suggestions on where to go. We loved our stay!

Beautiful place

The home is located within 15 minutes from Vail, in an upscale neighborhood. Shopping is within 5 minutes in case you forget something or the home does not already have it. The view from the living room is beautiful! The home is spacious and well equipped for cooking, games and spa. we loved our vacation!

Patrick's Luxury 5,500' 6 Bedroom Home, SPA Features- Located between Vail & Beaver Creek

From day one this was the best accommodating property in Avon Colorado. However, it gets better Patrick, our host, was always ready to give advice, service, and recommendations. If you are heading to vail for a ski or snowboard trip this is the property to stay at! With only about a 10 min drive to the closest parking, this is a great bang for your buck. Thanks again to Patrick!

Great location and huge home

This home is in a great location and is quite large. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. However, it's a bit older and needs some TLC. However, our group enjoyed it.
