# 310 en Vail International es un condominio de 3HAB / loft / 3BA con aproximadamente 1600 pies cuadrados de espacio. La cocina actualizada tiene encimeras de granito. Hay un comedor con una mesa que puede acomodar hasta 6 personas y mira a Vail Mountain. El salón tiene una chimenea de gas y un televisor de pantalla plana. Hay una lavadora / secadora en la unidad que está en la entrada, justo al lado de la cocina.

El primer dormitorio en el nivel principal tiene una cama Queen y un altillo (semiprivado, acceso por escalera) con dos gemelos. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Hay dos baños en este nivel. En el segundo nivel, el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama King, una chimenea de gas y una sala de estar con un sofá. También hay un loft (semiprivado, se accede a una escalera) con 2 gemelos sobre la sala de estar.

La propiedad cuenta con una piscina climatizada al aire libre y bañera de hidromasaje, baños de vapor y una pequeña sala de entrenamiento. WiFi gratuito disponible en todo el establecimiento. No fumar y no se permiten mascotas.

Los condominios de Vail International están ubicados al este de la Estructura de estacionamiento de Lionshead y al noroeste del Hospital de Vail. Es una de 5 - 7 minutos a pie de Lionshead, que tiene una gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes, así como la góndola Lionshead y Presidente 8. Usted puede viajar en el autobús de enlace libre en la ciudad de Vail Village que se detiene en la pista de hielo Dobson, que es adyacente a Vail Internacional. Condo was very large and plenty of room for us to spread out. Great location and easy to walk everywhere and parking included is a huge plus. Great communication with property mgmt team. This will be a repeat place for sure.

There is NO air-conditioning in this condo. The owner does not say that in their listing, but if you are coming here in the summer, you want to know.I wish we did. We arrived at 4:30 and it was 82 degrees in the condo. They give you a few fans, but two fans were broken and the screens on the windows were half missing or with big holes. We called the front desk, but they left at 5 and the answering service was useless.We sweated the first night and didnt sleep much. Also, no deadbolt, which makes one nervous when the workers can use their key to come in at night. Otherwise, condo was in decent condition and its a prime location.

Weekend vacay

The condo worked out great and is an easy walking distance to Lionshead Square and avail Village. There is also a great market nearby. The beds were comfortable and the front desk was very responsive when we needed trash bags and dish soap. While it got a little warm in the condo , there were plenty of fans to cool down the rooms.

Place is ~7 minute walk to lions head gondola /village center and ~10 minute walk to vail village. Pretty ideal location, reasonable price for the location. Very nice community pool and hot tub. Apartment is exactly as described. Spacious with lots of coat hooks to hang ski clothes

Winter Break getaway

This condo was perfect for our 2 families to stay comfortably together and enjoy all that Vail has to offer! The views, proximity to the Village, and comfort of the condo were perfect for our needs and wants! We’ll be back!!

Convenient and great for two families.

Property was ideal for ski vacation with another family. Easy to walk to Lionshead ski and facilities. Kitchen is not large, but had everything of what we needed for breakfast and dinner. The lofts were great for our kids (7-11). It could use having a gate(s) for smaller ones and I'd like to see some non-slip tape added to the ladders for those mid-night bathroom calls. Pool and hot-tub were easily accessible and check-in/out was easy. If we come back to vail next year, will likely try and stay here again.

Very spacious unit,. well suited for large family or groups. Good building

A very spacious unit, with 3 bedrooms over 2 floors, and with two bonus lofts accessed by ship ladders that would be great for younge children. The unit is very well equipped, not too far of a walk from the ski lifts, and close to the free Vail cross bus shuttles. Suited a family of 6 adults there for pre- Christmas skiing very well. The building staff was very friendly, and the outdoor pool and hot-tub was enjoyable.

The location was great! We had ages from 12 to 72 and this unit had beds to accommodate all of us. The online description did not tell us the pool was closed and that was a disappointment. Management was wonderful.

Guys ski trip

Great location - walking distance to the slopes at Lionshead village. Walking distance to Vail village for apres ski. Hot tub and heated pool are very nice. Condo is comfy and can easily sleep 8 comfortably.

Perfect place for guy ski trip

Five of us - perfect place. When you look at the property, you might not notice the loft beds in one of the queen rooms as well as the master bedroom. I know I did not see them until I took the virtual tour. I would say 5, 6 guys is a perfect number - any more than that and the living space is a little smaller than you'll want. Hot tub is huge, hot, and awesome, and the pool is huge, heated. and awesome. It's an 8-10 minute walk to Lions Head Gondola - and there is elevator so *NO STAIRS* with ski boots. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook real dinners several nights. The couch in living room needs to be replaced, but still comfortable - it is just getting a little worn and long in the tooth. 10 out of 10 would stay here again for Vail guy's ski trip. Note: would also be great for a family trip. And with that pool, and location, I imagine a great summer place as well. Thanks!
