IN ADDITION, SINCE THE BEDROOMS ARE UNDER STREET LEVEL, THERE IS TOO MUCH HUMIDITY FOR A HEALTH STAY. A TECHNICIAN WAS REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE NOISE AND ARRIVED, ONLY TO FIND NO SOLUTION. AGENTS RESPONSE WAS NOT AS QUICKLY AS NEEDED..”

“We were a group of 10, mostly teens and young adults. The location is fantastic, the neighborhood was good and felt safe. The apt is basic but for the few days we were there it really met all of our needs. I had read about comments regarding the musty smell in the lower level, that was still there to a degree. It is a basement room and it was raining most of the days. Not sure how you could avoid that. One thing i might recommend was that our beds all had fitted sheets but no flat sheets. ...
