Estamos ofreciendo nuestra hermosa casa de campo a aquellos que quieren relajarse y disfrutar de la vida. Para ser justos con todos nuestros huéspedes, los alquileres semanales están disponibles para cualquier período de 7 días siempre y cuando solo incluyan 1 sábado y domingo. (Gracias) Nuestra casa está justo en Kinderhook Lake. Caminar por el porche y el lago es 10 'de distancia. Hay kayaks para su uso o traer sus propias canoas o botes kyaks y atarlos a uno de los dos muelles. La pesca es excelente y que incluso podría pescar en el muelle, porche o jardín delantero si querías! La casa tiene 2 unidades de aire acondicionado y un calentador de aire caliente forzado. No hay mejor manera de relajarse después de cenar o sólo unas cuantas frías y disfrutar de la vista del lago. Asador, mesa con sombrilla, capacidad para 6 y Salones en la cubierta exterior. También tiene terraza interior con mesa de comedor, sofá, televisión y aire acondicionado. Menos de 2 horas de Nueva York cerca de 45 minutos de Albany, Monticello, así que todo está cerca. Todo está listo para una escapada de una semana o de fin de semana con su familia y amigos (solo traiga su propia ropa de cama, 1 cama tamaño queen y 1 cama doble) o una escapada romántica de fin de semana para usted y su persona especial. Tiene una cocina completa, completa con estufa de 4 quemadores, horno, refrigerador de tamaño completo, microondas, utensilios de cocina necesarios, platos para 6, utensilios e incluso una cafetera. Tiene capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente con 2 dormitorios. Tiene un baño completo con ducha. El Hudson River Ramble ofrece caminatas, botes de remo y ciclismo para divertirse en familia al aire libre. ¡El Hudson River Art Trail está cerca! Así que ven y relajarse y disfrutar. Perfect little lake house

Beautiful Spot on Kinderhook

Rented to visit my niece for a long weekend visit and avoid hotels. My niece and her Mom ended up day tripping to Kinderhook and they loved the location, the property, and getting out on the lake with paddleboards and kayaks. Very nice quiet area. Along with the lake, we enjoyed taking walks on the nearby trail that goes by horse farms. Overall great trip. John was a great host and answered any questions we had.

Relaxing Escape to Kinderhook Lake

Our stay at Kinderhook Lake was the escape from the City that my family needed. The house and property were refreshingly comfortable and clean. The surrounding area could not be beat for a safe, quiet, and picturesque stay. John made sure that the check-in and out processes were simple and seamless. He was communicative and a true pleasure to speak with. We won't hesitate to stay here again, and to recommend the same to friends and family.

Wonderful lake house

We really enjoyed our stay on Kinderhook lake. We kayaked and swam in the lake, my relatives came over for a BBQ and the kids fished off the dock. My dogs were comfortable and safe there which I always appreciate. It was very comfortable and we will definitely stay there again! Our host was very nice and helpful although we didn't have any issues he still made sure we were ok and knew how to get into the place and get everything turned on.

Lake Life

Gorgeous view from morning til night! We stayed here to be near RPI for our daughter's graduation, so we knew we'd be busy and not able to enjoy the area. Yet, being right on the lake was so relaxing and inviting. We loved it more than we expected. John was accommodating and gracious. The house was ready for us, and even though we arrived later than planned, that wasn't a problem. If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway, I would recommend staying here!

Spectacular sunsets

This is a cute house, right on the water. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Friendly neighborhood and dogs included. Our stay was perfect and bonus having the rail trail right there where you could walk and see the horse farms. Sunsets amazing and we even got pictures of Elon Musk’s satellite our last night there. John couldn’t be a nicer guy, so accommodating. Looking forward to planning another trip or two next year. Highly recommend it!!! Thank you John!!!

Perfect Vacation spot!

Clean and very comfortable cottage at the water's edge. We had a great time kayaking, enjoying the deck and watching the wildlife, visiting Hudson and Chatham and taking walks. Thanks, John!

Nice cottage on the lake - excellent location

Had a nice three night stay at this cottage on the lake Host communicated well, and we enjoyed our stay Pet friendly location right on the water of Kinderhook lake, can walk from the grass into the lake and the lake is about 4 feet deep out about 100 feet. Some rocks near the shore, bring water shoes.

Nice Relaxing Break from the World

Very peaceful setting

We stayed here for three nights in later July 2022. The location is very peaceful and the views from the deck in the evening were beautiful. We kayaked a bit, explored the region a bit, read a lot, and just relaxed. The owner was very communicative and responsive. I'd definitely recommend this rental if you're looking for peace.

What a nice place

What a nice little place. It was just the two of us. We were literally right on the lake. Sitting out on the deck in the evening, watching the sunset as well as sunrise was super relaxing. John was GREAT to communicate with. I called him quite late one night and he responded with a text within 10 minutes. Very friendly too.

Relaxing and amazing view!

We had a very relaxing and wonderful vacation at John’s place. The lake view is a little slice of paradise. We spent so much time outside and enjoyed the view. Our girls had so much fun fishing and kayaking. The host, John, is so kind and is prompt in responding through texts and phone calls. It is a bonus that he has kind and friendly neighbors who helped as out as well. Thank you John for sharing your home to families like us to create lasting memories.
