Flats Friends Torres Quart 2 bedrooms

The 2-bedroom apartment Flats Friends Torres de Quart is located next to the Carmen district, the historical and cultural center of the city of Valencia. It is an ideal accommodation for families and groups in a 6-apartment building, so there are no crowds.



The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.



The Flats Friends Torres de Quart apartment has a simple and cozy decoration. It is prepared to accommodate groups of up to 6 people with a double bed in one room, two single beds in the other room and a double sofa bed in the living room. Cotton sheets and towels are included. There are two such apartments in the building, one with a shower in the bathroom and the other with a bathtub. The apartment has a hot/cold air conditioning unit in the living room and a ceiling fan in each bedroom.



The apartment is located on Valencia's Turia street, one minute from the Torres de Quart and very close to the city center and the IVAM and MUVIM museums. It is perfectly connected to numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 meters away.



NOTE: For bookings involving multiple apartments and for groups of guests under 25 years of age, the security deposit will be €400 per apartment. This will be refunded if the apartment is left in suitable condition (tidy, undamaged, etc.) and if we do not receive any noise complaints from other guests or neighbors in nearby buildings.
