The house is an independient house, it is not a flat, with a small front garden, and backyard. The address is Calle CAVITE, in the Malvarrosa beach promenade, 2 minutes walk, making it very easy to enjoy the beach, which is white sand, and the Mediterranean sea, lovely at this time of year. There is also a PRIVATE POOL in the house, only for you, which is kept clean automatically by special cleaning system.
