  • Moderna decoración, zona muy tranquila, los apartamentos están completamente equipado, pueden dormir 3 personas ya que tiene un sofá-cama en el salón.

    El edificio está rehabilitado totalmente hace poco, conservando su sabor y piezas originales. Está situado en el centro histórico, cerca de la Catedral y Plaza de la Reina, así como del barrio del Carmen, famosa zona de ocio y locales en Valencia. Tiene todos los servicios cercanos.

    Tienen Tv, dvd, música, además de cocina con todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora, etc.
    Parking opcional en sótano cercano, a 15€ dia.

The property is ideal for a couple. The location is noisy, as in the centre and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The host is very communicative in English and is very flexible, when possible. We enjoyed our stay as the location is very convenient for visiting the various landmarks.

Washer didn't work - apparently last client broke per host. It would have been nice to have been told prior to checking in. Host tried to fix but was unable. Limited hot water per host. But location good, host very nice. (The description and pics may be a bit generous)

Eine sehr gute Lage in der Nähe von Bussen, Sehenswürdigkeiten

Wir haben uns sehr gut gefühlt, wobei die Wohnung ist schon sehr klein. Dafür ist alles vorhanden, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Allem. Das Einzige was etwas gestört hat, ist der Geruch des Abwassers, der manchmal zu stark war. Die Lage ist toll für alles, was man in Valencia unternehmen will.

A nice place for a stay in Valencia

A quite small studio in a perfect location in the centre of Valencia. Enough room for two people if you are mostly outside, enjoying the weather and the lovely city of Valencia. Javier gave us a plan and his recommendations for interesting places and good restaurants, very supportive! Wifi, TV and Air condition worked very well!

Lovely little apartment in the heart of the old town area of Valencia. A bit of a sewer smell coming from the sinks/clothes washer, but generally clean. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Great food within walking distance, if you just steer clear of any place with pictures of food on the menu.

Perfect Location in Valencia

This apartment has a wonderful location with most of the main sights easily walkable. There is an elevator, but it is the smallest I have ever seen, but the apartment is just one flight up. The bed is low but comfortable. The living room sofa and chair could use better covers. Javier was very helpful. Valencia is a beautiful, vibrant city.

Outstanding location!

Host, Javier, went above and beyond with helping us get a car in the centro to the very close parking garage by meeting us in a nearby location so we could follow him through the one-way maze of skinny streets of the historic center. If you are driving in that area, you need that assistance and Javier made it easy.

Visite in Valencia

Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und ideal für zwei Personen, um die schöne Altstadt zu erkunden. Sie liegt optimal in der Fußgängerzone nahe der Catedral. Die nächste Bushaltestelle liegt nur ein paar Schritte um die Ecke (Linien z.B 32,C1,31). Der Check-in /Check-out waren problemlos. Unser Gastgeber hat uns vor dem Haus persönlich begrüßt, in die FeWo geführt und alles gut erklärt. Er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns über Valencia's hightlights informiert. Er gab uns seine Telefonnummer - für alle Fälle. Wir haben uns in der FeWo richtig wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Ce n'était pas tout à fait conforme à la photo sur le site. Le mobilier est défraîchi, ils l'ont recouvert de draps pour masquer l'usure. Le divan lit à besoin de remplacement.Il y a des signes d'usures les portes d'armoires ferment mal etc.Nous avons aimé le fait d'avoir une laveuse pour le linge.Nous avions réservé 8 jours et 3 petits rouleaux de papier hygiénique ce n'est pas suffisant .Nous avons eu du mal a trouver le lieu de l'hébergement, le taxi ne nous a pas amené à l'adresse prétextant que c'était piétonnier. En bref nous avons pas apprécié, je ne veux pas aller dans tout les détails de notre insatisfaction , jadis il aurait mérité un meilleur score.

Bellissima vacanza

Siamo venuti a Velencia in vacanza e tramite internet abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento del signor Javier, è fin da subito si è dimostrato molto gentile e si è reso disponibile a venirci a prendere in aeroporto. Una volta arrivati ci ha accompagnato all' appartamento, che si trova in una zona ottima per visitare il centro a piedi e molto vicina ai mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere il mare e la città della scienza. L'appartamento è molto carino perfetto se si è in 2 persone e in una zona tranquilla sia di giorno che di sera, praticamente ci siamo sentiti a casa. Sicuramente torneremo a Valencia e torneremo da Javier.

Wir (ein Paar ca. 55 Jahre) waren 1 Woche in Valencia. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber praktisch eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral in einer Altstadtgasse von Valencia (nur Anlieger-, Fahradverkehr) in der Nähe der Kathedrale. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. An Wochenenden kann es durch das Restaurant im Haus abends etwas lauter sein. Das Restaurant hat eine gute Küche. Der Vermieter ist freundlich.

One week in Valencia

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine et découvert une ville passionnante avec tant de beaux monuments et places à visiter . L'appartement est très bien situé au cœur du centre historique dans une petite rue calme, il convient parfaitement à un couple . La place de la Reine et de la Vierge sont à 5mn à pied avec tous les bars et restaurants pour passer une bonne soirée. Merci encore à Javier pour sa gentillesse et son accueil ! Beautfiul apartment and very well located in VLC

We (My airlfriend and me) stayed a few days in Valencia before leaving to a mediterran cruise. Without knowing much about Valencia we found this apartment and looks good and fine. The communication with the owner was brilliant, everything went well and fast, the information were right and also the arrival was without problems. Even the handover with the keys. The apartment is very well located in Valencia. You will stay in the centre of the old town of Valencia. It is closed the "plaza de la reina". You have everythin around the apartement and can explore nearby everything by foot. So definetly like it is written in the description. The equipement of the apartement is very good, you have a small bathroom with a big shower, a living room and a bedroom. The living room includes a small kitchen with everything what you need, if you like you can cook, but in valencia you needn't to cook, just go outside, walk a few minutes to find the right restaurant and enjoy. So all in all, it was very good, and if we will stay one more time in valencia we will try to get this apartment again to have another good time. Thanks to Javier

Heerlijk verblijf!

Een ontzettend fijn en leuk appartement midden in het centrum! Het appartement is schoon en Javier ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. De ideale locatie om Valencia te ontzdekken en tussendoor in alle rust je momentjes thuis te kunnen pakken. Enige puntje is het bed, dit is niet heel groot, maar ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat we ook niet de moeite hebben genomen om de slaapbank te proberen. Zeker een aanrader, wij willen in ieder geval nog eens terug naar dit appartement!!

A VERY PLEASANT STAY IN THE HEART OF VALENCIA.

First, Javier, a friendly & dynamic person met us near the Mercado to guide us to his apartment as it is somewhat tricky to reach the place by car (so many one-way & pedestrian streets...). Fortunately, he booked a private parking place in a nearby safe underground garage.The apartment is very well located to visit the City center on foot or even the suburbs by bus. It was clean & well equipped; we appreciated the basics, freely provided, such as coffee & sugar, spices, etc. Yet, I suggest Javier should buy an electric coffee-maker & improve the quality of his sofa+cushions. Thanks to Javier, my wife & I spent a very pleasant stay in Valencia. Best regards. J.C.Crespel

Love Valencia!

Fantastic location in a quite small studio but perfect for two people. We loved the town with all the shopping and restaurants close. We would have liked better towels and bedding though.

Perfect location

We loved our stay in Valencia! Javier was so accomodating. He was very easy to communicate with. He was waiting for us when we got there and gave us all the information we needed to get around the city and see everything we wanted to see. The apartment is in the perfect location, close to everything. It was so nice to be able to pop in there to rest our get what we needed while we were out for the day. The apartment is well equipped with dishes and bedding and the bed is very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here and i would definitely stay here again.

Smack dab in the center of the city!

You can see part of the cathedral from your door and there is a restaurant right outside the door. The absolute best and most central location in the city. Massive amounts of restaurants and sights all steps away. Easy walking distance to central market as well. While not a four star hotel (one other review noted tired) - you won't find a nicer property owner, nor a better location. Javier the owner is a gem and the location is priceless. My personal opinion would be couples or singles only (due to space for luggage) - but there is a pull out bed which would be ok for a child. If you're driving - ask Javier (the owner) about parking. He has options which he owns in the city and they may (or may not) be available during your stay. Thanks Javier for a great stay to reunite with my son!
