“Stayed with family in Presidential Jacuzzi Suite from 22 to 25-Dec 2025 (3 nights). Pretty new hotel with super spacious and neat rooms decorated well with Rajasthani art works. Even the 5-feet tall shelf had beautiful doors. Staff were very courteous, especially my kudos to Mr. Abhishek (General Manager). He guided us and helped us with local conveyance for sight-seeing. “The location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful & very well maintained. The food at Ambrai restaurant was also very good. Staff was helpful. Only issue I had once was at dinner on Friday night when the restaurant got crowded & the intern waiters didn't coordinate my order well. Apart from that all good. The hotel also had private boat facility for sunset tour of lake Pichola, which was pricey but fantastic ”
