We stayed at this Cannes property in July 2025, booked via VRBO and managed by Immogroom. Sadly, the experience was far below expectations.The house was dirty and unhygienic on arrival — greasy kitchen, dusty cupboards, ants on the floor, and even a mouse in the kitchen door track. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean everything ourselves. Outdoor furniture was incomplete, and the exterior shutters were broken and permanently closed, blocking the view over the area we had paid for.Immogroom sent cleaning staff who arrived with only a spray bottle and kitchen paper, left dirty towels on the dining table, and failed to perform the promised full cleaning. A technician was offered to fix the shutters, but we declined. We didn’t want our holiday disrupted by a daily stream of staff entering the house to fix new problems.Despite repeated attempts to resolve things via phone and email with Immogroom and VRBO, we only received vague replies and a partial refund of the cleaning fee. This was not a relaxing vacation, but a frustrating effort to achieve basic standards.We strongly advise others not to book this property and hope VRBO will improve their quality control.
