“Excelente ”

“Very clean room, excellent service, and thanks to Chris for his kindness. I was welcomed with my family and my dogs.”

“Cute property 30-minutes away to Grand Canyon”

“The communications through message and e-mail always come on time with detail description. Room is clean and organized.”

“We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny home!! Excellent location between Williams and the Grand Canyon. Very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Great communication and easy check in process. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!”

“The pictures online are OLD. The outside of the building had horrible water damage. The inside was ever worse. Everything felt and looked really disgusting. There was 4 double beds but only 2 towels. We reached out to the constant text messages we were receiving from them only to get no response. Do not recommend at all! The kids called it the crack house!”

“Location and everything was great. The access road was terrible.”

“It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it's a good price ($100/night) for what you get. A lot is packed into this little rental. Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils. Comfy bed. Dark & quiet. I slept great! Could use a little maintenance & the grounds are not very attractive, but, again great place to crash after a long hike.”

“Room is clean, and good location, but tiny, not true 2 bedrooms (the 2nd bedroom is within the kitchen). Coffee maker and WiFi do not work. We do have a nice stay. Thanks”

“This tiny house was clean and about 20 minutes away from Grand Canyon which was nice for location. The negative side was the shower that gave you hot water for 1 minute and then turned cold. I know it said energy efficient but for paying that much money, you should have hot water to take a shower. Also internet connection was bad. I would recommend staying somewhere else because of the hot water situation.”

“Do not book”

“We did not enjoy our stay at our rented cabin and recommend the following corrections to allow customers a more pleasant stay: - Non stick dishes are very old and should be replaced with stainless steel. - There should be oven mitts, kitchen towels, tongs, one sharp knife for families to cook simple meals - Water pressure in the kitchen sink is non existent - Water does not drain in the bathroom shower - Faucet in bathroom is stuck with white minerals and sprays everywhere when used - Loft is...

“The generator was broken when we arrived and it was too late to repair. Other amnesties are okay. The bed is good to sleep and the kitchen is clean.”

“The beds were clean, but some of the horizontal surfaces need to be dusted. Do not run the AC on "auto" as it will shut off after a couple of hours. Once I selected AC/fan only, cold air started to flow through the registers. The tini house still would not cool down even with mild outdoor temps. Overall, it was nice to have a kitchen and plenty of bedspace for the kids. The Maintenance Mechanic responded quickly to replace a 9 volt battery in the carbon monoxide detector.”
