“The house was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! Great communications with the host! I would definitely vacation at the home again if we stay in Pismo beach again!”

“Another great stay at this wonderful location. Great location, very clean, and all the amenities are taken care of. We’ll be back!”

“Clean, great directions, pillows a bit hard. ”

“Plenty of space, great location, immaculate.”

“We had our family at the house over the Thanksgiving holiday. That’s 6 adults and 3 kids ages 11 (boy) and girls (both 8). The house sleeps 8 comfortably but our grandson opted for an inflatable mattress instead of the fold out downstairs. The house could use some curtains or blinds in the upstairs living area. There is lots of glass and the sun can be blinding. But overall, the house is comfortable, orderly and everything works. The host was very responsive. ”

“The place was clean, bright and open area. Close enough to all the shops and restaurants. Enough beds and rooms for everyone to sleep comfortably Would enjoy coming back again”

I attempted to cancel my reservation on two occasions outside of the 2-week, non-refundable period listed on Expedia (and my receipt). Both requests were met with resistance so I stayed the course and kept my reservation. Fortunately, I read a review indicating that...

“We stayed for a week in the smaller of the 2 dwellings and it was perfectly sized. The enclosed yard provided both sun and shade for our dogs. The amenities were all very nice - from the well stocked kitchen to the bathrooms, to the garage. The old town area of Arroyo Grande was quaint, but we spent most of our time at Avila Beach and SLO.Highly recommend. We will definitely return!”
