“We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible). All the staff were just the best and whatever...

“The hotel was ok. Nothing exceptional and overpriced. Views are pretty if you are lucky to get a room with views. The pool is good but the music was abnormally loud and it closed at 18.00h, kinda early. The ac stopped working during our stay. The gym is not included in the price. The restaurant was very poor and incredibly overpriced for what it offers. Breakfast is a joke, cake and croissants? It is far from fasano. ”
