The pool is nice and we were sorry for not trying the spa which looks great. It was a bit disappointed to find out that the rooftop bar is not open yet but we found out we could use the bar in the restaurant. Over all we had a very good experience and we will be happy to come again.”

“There’s NO service at all. Paying $850 usd per night and there’s no staff to carry your luggage, park the car, any help at all. The property it’s very bad conditions and it will get worst. Ther no maintenance at all. The food it’s very low quality and not presentable. ”

“Mixed review here. The pros - spectacular hotel grounds, beautiful design, peaceful setting, amazing view. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure guests were happy. Breakfast was good. Pool is beautiful. The kids club is great and was a favorite for young ones. The cons - rooms are very basic. Nothing special about them. We chose the Iris room because we were told that it’s the largest. The room is indeed huge, but very poorly designed. Moreover, it’s a safe room, which means...
