“They canceled our reservation and didn’t notify us. Got to the property no one was there. Spent 1 and 1/2 hours trying to get another room. Two other couples came with the same problem. Property was no help at all. Expedia finally got us a room 20 minutes away. Feel like property owes us something for the time and inconvenience.”
