“At the begining was little confusing as they don’t have 24/7 reception ( as it says in hotels.com) in site ( reception is in a different hotel near by)but the lady tried to reach me several times to let me k ow how to proceed. Then we were able to checking in by calling the number in the door of the hotel. Breakfast was little below average. Staff was really friendly. We were given a bedroom with an amazing view in the 3 rd floor but be aware there is no elevator. Overall was a great stay.”

“Great place to stay while visiting Bran and Zarnesti. Staff were incredibly friendly, and took very good care of us. Even played me and my friend off, as we left, with our new favorite Romanian song, “Lady” by Sandy Ciorba… which we had been dancing to out on the balcony :) Food was also excellent, and the lamb stew with polenta was one of the best dishes I had in Romania. Getting in the driveway to park is a bit of a pain, but we did finally make it. Trick was to swing wide and to turn in...

“The owners went out of their way to provide any service they can to make the stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond by doing some laundry then refused any payment. I was extremely grateful because we were running out of clean clothes. The rooms were amazing. The restaurant provided one of the finest meals we had during our trip. The property was tranquil and relaxing.”

“Large apartment with 2 bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. Very clean throughout. Large, clean bathroom. Somewhat difficult to find, as the address takes you to a different area about 2 miles away. If one enters Poiana Cristian in the GPS system, it takes you directly to the property. Contact phone for the property on Expedia needs to be updated. ”

“Hotel é bom, quarto amplo, banheiro bom, colchão decente, WI-FI funcionando bem, estacionamento ao lado do hotel e gratuito. Atendimento é bom, mas a mulher, nem sempre está na recepção e tem de ligar pra ela, se não tiver um numero de telefone funcionando na Romênia, poderá demorar um pouco as vezes, mas no geral foi muito produtiva minha estadia lá.”
