“Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.”

“We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year. ”

“We rented this for one night on an overnight NYC trip for our Girl Scout troop. It was perfect for our needs! The space is laid out amazingly well, and everything is brand new. It was exceptionally clean and all linens were provided for us. The host was so incredibly gracious. They even moved their car from the driveway so that we could park there, and they were extremely responsive to requests. We wished we could have stayed longer!
