“I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. “My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). The beds were very comfortable and warm. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The place was quiet at night. Short walking distance to Orion grocery store. Definitely...

“Near the airport. Very clean and spacious. Staff members are kind. WiFi was Ok. Sometimes it wont work but they have several you can switch. Water heater needs to improve. We are used to cold water but Cusco is very very cold. And hot water would be nice. ”

“This apartment was perfectly located near the historical center. It was two stories with a great layout. The washer/dryer functioned very well. The beds were comfortable and the living/kitchen areas were very nice. There is a large grocery store steps away. The apartment was cold. I used the portable heater in my bedroom at night and that seemed to help. I highly recommend this apartment.”

“Très bien situé, à 1km de la place d'armes. Très propre, équipement de la kitchenette un peu sommaire. Chauffage rudimentaire (1 seul radiateur) pouvant être un peu limite certaines nuits (appart au sous-sol à éviter). Bon petit déjeuner servi dans l'appartement. Hôtesse et personnel très à l'écoute et très gentils.”
