The natural beauty and dreamlike location of our place offer every opportunity to spend an unforgettable holiday - a mixture of ancient Sardinian traditions, the simplicity of the people and the incomparable Sardinian hospitality are constant companions.

The one-room flats (20 square metres) have a garden and, depending on their location, either a furnished terrace or a furnished balcony with sea view. In keeping with our family's philosophy, the apartments have been planned and realised with attention to detail. The accommodation offered here offers 1 room for 2 people (including kitchenette, dining table, 2 chairs, furnished terrace or balcony and a bathroom with shower. All accommodation is tastefully furnished in Sardinian style to a high standard and fully equipped.

The Solevacanze holiday flats also offer air conditioning, which can provide the necessary freshness in summer and cosy warmth in winter, and satellite TV with German channels. The spacious outdoor area also offers guests the opportunity to barbecue. 3 restaurants, a supermarket, a fruit and vegetable shop, a tabacchi (magazines and tobacco products), 4 bars, a church, an ice cream parlour, 2 children's playgrounds and, of course, the local sandy beach, which stretches for almost 15 km to the east, are all within easy walking distance. The Residence Solevacanze, like our holiday homes Sa Fiorida, is nestled in a beautiful landscape in the village of La Ciaccia (Valledoria) in the centre of the north coast near the village of Castelsardo (a small town dating back to the 11th century). Due to its quiet but central location, there are many things to do in addition to relaxing on site.

Enchanting beaches of fine sand, pebbles, shells or rocks, which invite you to swim, as well as numerous excursion destinations in the still unspoilt, picturesque countryside, visits to charming and interesting villages and pre-Christian cultural monuments guarantee a varied and relaxing holiday. 400 m away is one of the largest and most beautiful sandy beaches in northern Sardinia. The main town of Valledoria is 3 km away and offers numerous shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, specialist doctors, supermarkets.....Both in La Ciaccia and in Valledoria all facilities are open all year round. What characterises our service and the location of the accommodation? (1) We offer a professional service in a family atmosphere. We are also available to our guests outside office hours (even at night)! (2) Night check-in possible! (8) Just 200-400 metres away is a 15 km long sandy beach, one of the largest in northern Sardinia - plenty of space to romp around and relax (9) Bike hire: We hire bikes to our guests on site (also for children) (10) We also offer numerous bike tours (including guided tours of between 20 and 100 km) for all ages and abilities and hire bikes. (11) Numerous outdoor sports activities (all year round): sailing school and hire, surfing and diving school, SUP, kite surf, canoe excursions and hire, boat trips on the Coghinas river (12) The local shops, restaurants, ice cream parlour, bars, bakery, church and playground can be reached on foot in a few steps. The largest local supermarket is open all year round, even on Sunday mornings. (13) More than 50 km of paths and trails in the immediate vicinity for hiking, walking and cycling (14) Excursions: We also organise excursions on water (on the Coghinas river and on the sea) and land (15) Cookery and language courses: We want to introduce our guests to the typical flavours of Sardinia. For this reason, we offer cookery courses for the little gourmets and language courses for better understanding. Cyclists and cyclists can take advantage of a very well-developed network of paths, which offers a wide variety of tours. Beginners, leisure cyclists, families, ambitious racing cyclists and mountain bikers are spoilt for choice. We have already put together a small preselection of tours for you. Of course, we can also recommend and create further tours for you on site.

The accommodation is located on a hill in the village of La Ciaccia (= municipality of Valledoria), not far from the sea (300 m) and sandy beach (400 m).
