“The location was perfect because we were near shopping and freeways. We were only 10 minutes away from family, friends and the new house that we purchased. The unit was very comfortable, quiet and ideal size for the two of us. We would definitely return and recommend to others. Brad and his team were very responsive and easy to work with. “The furniture was comfortable and clean, and we loved the beds. We especially loved all the mirrors, which made it easy for our family of four to get ready even though there is just one bathroom. The living room had plenty of seating. The property is centrally located in a clean, safe neighborhood. There is a neighborhood park and a Target just a few blocks away. The parking space provided is adjacent to the property, which is convenient. We enjoyed our stay.”

“I spent more than two weeks here, and I agree with many other reviews: the property is beautiful, peaceful and spacious - as pictured, with large windows (and shades throughout), well-appointed kitchen and laundry, as clean as can be, private and secure. Host is onsite and helpful but not intrusive, and provided a wonderful selection of welcome snacks. Very close to downtown San Rafael. Near the top of a steep hill, but several choices for driving there.”

“Cute room, very clean, bed was comfy. Convenient location to downtown Napa. Quiet neighborhood. The shower body wash dispenser was empty so we ended up buying some at the store. We had minimal contact with our host. I messaged a few times and got no response. All in all, it was a really nice place to stay.”

“This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking. Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage. He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere...
