“We loved the location, the trails on the property, finding Hidden Valley close by, exploring the campgrounds, trails, and fishing. But this was a working vacation so we need to return to enjoy the cabin more. Loved all the older antique furnishings, the homey touch, and of course the porch ! Unfortunately, the power was out half of our stay because of the hurricane but the house was still comfortable with many windows we could open and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy during the day. The big surprise was the creek at the back of the property had flowing water and a waterfall which offered a serene relaxing sound through the house with the back windows open. “Came down from Louisville for a long weekend to see family. This was perfect for a couple. A full kitchen, new washer and dryer. We had our friends over one night and had a fire (roasting sticks for smores can be found in the kitchen). We found it very thoughtful that Audrey provided us with an extra dog leash and poop bags. An added bonus was the heating floor in the bathroom!! All around a great weekend away”

The views of the mountains from the back porch were breathtaking. The house was well equipped and comfortable for all our needs.
