VERY NICE GITE 4 PEOPLE CENTER VALLON PONT D'ARC

Located in southern Ardèche, in the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, a few minutes from the arch of the famous "Pont d'Arc", and its magnificent gorges as well as the restitution of the Chauvet cave, very pretty spacious and comfortable cottage of 54m2, with a capacity of 4 people, air-conditioned, enclosed garden, parking.
The cottage is located close to all shops: restaurants, shops, market, banks, pharmacy, medical center, Intermarché.
Many walks, hikes, visits to natural caves and also discovery of many picturesque villages, water activities (canoeing and swimming of course!)
Description of the gite:
- a living-dining room with open and equipped kitchen
- a bedroom with 140/190 bed
- a bedroom with two 90/190 beds
- a bathroom with WC
- a 25m2 terrace overlooking the garden (table, chairs, barbecue, parasol, awning)
The cottage is non-smoking.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
The cleaning price is 50 euros if agreed upon arrival.
Sheets and towels are not provided but can be rented.
The security deposit of 400 euros will be requested upon arrival.
