Cocoonr agency offers this 44 m², air-conditioned house in Valras-Plage, 10 minutes' walk from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 people.

It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:

Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) and a mezzanine bed (one berth), measuring 7 m².
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds, measuring 10 m².
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside :
- A communal swimming pool reserved for residents (not heated). Open from 9.30am to 9pm from 20 May to 20 September. Depth from 50 cm to 1.80 m. Access by code gate.
- A 19 m² south-east-facing terrace and a 22 m² north-west-facing terrace to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Valras-Plage, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Plage de Valras: large sandy beach ideal for swimming, walking or paddle boarding.
- Valras Petit Train: small tourist train that runs around the resort. Great for exploring the town without walking.
- Plage naturelle des Orpellières: natural area with dunes, lagoons and birds (flamingos, herons...)

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Béziers, 15 minutes away by car
- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d'Agde, 15 minutes away by car
- Regular shuttle service to Valras Plage, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.

To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Semi-detached house on both sides, with plant separation
- Non-smoking accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
