“This hotel located in Westdale commercial area, close to restaurants and shops (Walmart and Target). The staff was helpful during the check in. The room had decent space and it was clean; the bathroom was new with lots of towels. The breakfast was ok with a pancake machine, avena, scrambled and hard boiled eggs. There was a small inside swimming pool and a gym too.”

She called the manager and he/she said that we could take the King bed or leave. I started to tell other quest that they needed to check their beds. They eventually agreed to change our bedding...

How can anyone mess up breakfast? I ordered the pancakes and had to send them back because they were essentially raw in the middle. The new pancakes weren't done either. I told our waitress that I couldn't eat them. She said she would take them off our bill and that I could help myself at the buffet, no charge....
