“Sits just off the hwy. At night it is a little hard to see. Other than that, super nice place. Very clean! Even with being close to the hwy, it is extremely quiet. Host Allan was very accommodating, quick to answer all of my questions. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. THANKS ALLAN! “The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful! The hot tub was so nice, especially in the evenings. It is really close to Lake Ft. Smith State Park, and Devil’s Den State Park is only about 25 minutes away. Both are beautiful parks and have great hiking trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“The place is amazing. There is a fantastic deck to the water outside. Some of our guests did a little catch and release back there and some of us just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The open plan in the house was perfect for those inside. There is also a sun room attached for a smaller group to visit. We had guests from Denver, San Francisco and other places that were all very impressed. Jake and Amber were very responsive. I think you should put pictures of the deck to the water on...

“What an awesome experience and place to stay. Property is calm and relaxing. The house was clean and modern. Water pressure and A/C and all the little details were perfect as well. “We needed a weekend "away from it all". So we decided to visit beautiful NW Arkansas. This cabin looked homey & comfortable. In reality it turned out to be beyond expectation. A well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, relaxing livingroom. And the view- glorious sunset over the mountain. Convenient & peacefully quiet area, just perfect. I will warn that the stairs are steep if you have bad knees or small kiddos. We would gladly stay again though!”

"Reservé para 2 noches, el segundo dia no limpiaron mi habitacion, no me dejaron ni mas toallas limpias o jabón o papel en el baño. El jacuzzi no sirve aún, el techo para entrar al area de la alberca está en reparacion asi que hay cables sueltos e insolacion por todos lados en el piso, y es peligroso ya que es un lugar donde pasan niños mojados y hay agua en el piso y si necesitas toallas para usar la alberca tienes que ir a pedirlas en recepcion por que nunca hay toallas en el area de la pisina"
