Across the street from a large park with tennis courts and playing field. Within walking distance to transit and many Lonsdale shops and restaurants. Easily accessible to downtown Vancouver and 3 local ski hills.

The space
This is a basement suite with approximately 800 sq ft in a very convenient location to explore the North Shore and downtown Vancouver including Stanley Park. The North Shore offers the Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mountain and many hiking trails. Whistler is a great day trip with just a 1 1/2 hour scenic drive.

Guest access
This suite is part of the main house and has its own entrance. There is an electronic keypad on the door so no keys are required. An access code will be given prior to your stay. The unit also has a security system.

Other things to note
In the summer months our suite is very cool as our house has AC.
