The host Iman was very communicative, and his cohost Ashley was so warm and welcoming. The ONLY thing that stood out was that the ammenities listed a hot tub, but it was really a just private tub with jets in the master bath. I assume that is a website issue (booked through Vrbo), not a host issue.I would absolutely recommend this host to anyone.

A perfect condo for a weekend getaway. Great location with lots of coffee shops and a Fresh Market within walking distance. Gorgeous views and close proximity to the water. The host was accommodating and responsive to questions. Everything we needed in the condo for a comfortable stay!

Thanks for the lovely visit in this beautiful condo in Vancouver. The location was perfect! All amentities, and great restaurants nearby. Granville island ferry just minutes away, and safe secure parking underground. The condo was clean and well stocked. The host (Iman) met us for our arrival and gave us a brief tour of the facilities and unit. We didn't need to ask for anything during our stay, as all was supplied. We were even surprised with treats and fruit left for our arrival along with even Valentines' chocolates!! Although it was a bit cooler and we didn't use the balconies much, though the views are spectacular and would be lovely in warmer weather. Thanks again Iman for allowing us to stay at your lovely home!

Iman (and adorable dog "Cookie") were great. Apartment was in a perfect location, close to everything and wonderful views and decks. Only complaint was in the accuracy of the listing. The first "Popular Amenity" listed is a hot tub which it definitely does NOT have. When I asked about it, I was told there are jets in the bathtub - definitely not the same thing- so that should be taken off the listing. I actually filtered the available property for "hot tubs" so this was a fairly big disappointment for me. It is also smaller than it looks in the pix and there is not what I would describe as a private office. It is a small closet with the washer/dryer and tiny desk. BUT after the first night and we spent the next 4 there, it turned out to be a fantastic booking due to the decks and views and sounds of nature in the morning. Also, Iman was a very communicative host. I would definitely stay there again.

We can’t wait to come back to this perfectly positioned home. Our host was excellent with communication and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful fruit and snack basket. The transport options are plentiful and the Fresh Market a block away makes life very easy. You will not regret staying in this home.

The host was excellent! The apartment was set up with all the amenities. The location was what we were looking for, great views and a block to the water taxi. It has three private balconies, one of which we used because November weather is damp and a bit chilly. We were happy to have chosen this apartment!

This property was in such a perfect location, very easy to navigate the neighborhood and get to everything we needed quickly. Parking and entry/exit was very easy. We loved being so close to Granville market, sitting by the fire at night, looking out at the city and eating breakfast with a great kitchen that had every condiment we'd ever need.

This place is absolutely deserving of 5 stars!! Our host, Iman, was very easy to communicate with. He was very responsive and on time meeting us. Everything was top notch! The condo was extremely clean and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The furnishings are both lovely and comfortable. The location is perfect! Beautiful place in central location

Iman's place is truly a gem! He is fast to respond and makes sure everything goes seamlessly. The place is well kept and clean, very spacious with all the amenities one could need (including underground parking). The decks are peaceful with nice views, and the surrounding area is in a respectable area of downtown within walking distance of various places to eat, and also steps from the ferry that takes you to places along false creek including Granville island. Would recommend!

Great location

The property had a great location and was near both downtown and Granville Island. The 3 decks were very nice and created different sitting areas. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The check-in process was easy and our host was very responsive.

This property was very nice. Amenities were great. Location was ideal for exploring Vancouver. Host was friendly and helpful. Parking was safe and secure and the neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. The overall experience was great and we will definitely consider coming again.

Wonderful moms’ getaway weekend

We had an absolutely lovely get away weekend. Communication and attention to detail and our group’s specific needs was first and foremost a priority with Iman & Ashley. Loved the apartment (we rented both 2bd/2ba for our trip), spectacular views, cozy hangout areas, and incredible location where we could walk everywhere or grab the aquabus in a couple minutes. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Fantastic Property

Clean bright top floor condo in a great location. Well stocked with all the amenties we needed for a week in Vancouver. Safe location and easy access to Granville Island, walking trails and thr seabus. Would stay here again.

Convenient and Comfortable

My mother, sister, and I stayed for 11 days at this beautiful location on the doorstep of Granville Island. The property was immaculate, cozy, and convenient. Iman was gracious and responsive. Would love to stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful accommodation!

Comfortable, casual and wonderful

It was a wonderful place to stay. We sat in the glass-walled living room, before the fireplace, and enjoyed views of the water and downtown. The host, Iman, came to check us in - even though our plane arrived two hours late in the evening, and showed us around. Coffee lovers will be happy to know the kitchen has good ground coffee and a proper coffee pot. There were two of us, each using a different bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The location was excellent. A three-minute walk to the seawall, where you pick up an Aquabus to go to Grenville Island.

This property is the perfect location for exploring Vancouver. It has great views, very well appointed, very clean, and great onsite parking. The host was extremely helpful and always available for questions. We will stay here again when we come back to Vancouver.

PERFECT PLACE

This Vancouver condo was light, bright, clean and the absolute perfect location! Two minute walk to the water taxi over to Granville Public Market, one minute walk to bike rentals and direct bike lanes to Stanley Park, plus very close to restaurants and groceries and coffee. We enjoyed everything about our stay here!
