CLEANING & SANITIZATION
The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We implement a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after each check-out to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

NO PETS ALLOWED
While we adore pets, our property is not suitable for accommodating them.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
For the comfort of all guests, smoking inside the home is prohibited. Evidence of smoking will incur additional cleaning and odor removal fees.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask that you respect the property and treat it as your own to maintain its pristine condition for future guests.

The house is equipped to sleep 12 people in 4 bedrooms. Each bed is a Queen size bed.

• Additional guests wishing to stay the night must bring their own sleeping bags/air mattresses/towels/pillows/linens and bedding.

• All booking alteration requests for a shorter stay from the original length will be denied. Changes of dates will be accepted as long as the stay length is the same or longer.

• If you require early check-in, please let us know immediately. Same-day early check-in requests will be declined. (Early check-in fee is $99, as we would have to hire an additional cleaner to have the house ready in time).

The garage is blocked off.

• Check-out Time: Please note that any late check-out beyond the designated 11:00 AM time will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home. Violation fee: $500.

• No parties or events. Unauthorized events fee: $1,000.

• No pets allowed.
• No unregistered guests.
• No food or drinks on the beds.
• No loud noise after 9 PM.
• Shoes are not allowed inside the house.
• Respect the neighborhood and the basement tenant (who lives in a separate unit). Tenant has no access to the main house.
• Cleanliness & Garbage
• Keep the house clean.
• Wash your dishes before check-out.
• Dispose of garbage in the bins provided.

Recycling: Use the recycling bin for cans, bottles, and cardboard. Cardboard should be separated and placed beside the garbage bins, not inside them.

Failure to clean up may result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.

Garage & Property:
• The garage is blocked off and not available for guest use.

Lost & Found:
• Please ensure all personal belongings are collected upon departure.

We are not responsible for items left behind.

• If valuables need to be returned, a $75 handling fee applies, plus shipping and any additional costs.
