La ubicación es excelente si quieres estar rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas, ademas que están muy cerca las estaciones del metro. El gimnasio es muy completo y la alberca también es excelente. Estuve de vacaciones con mi familia y todos estuvimos muy contentos

Good place.
Good quality hotel and convenient location. Not the best personal service, but great and very comfortable guest rooms. Pool need however a lot of more cleaning and maintenance. It is dirty.

No le gustó: Condiciones de la propiedad y comodidad de las habitaciones
Malo pero bien ubicaado
Desafortunadamente no nos fue bien, nos dieron una habitacion en muy mal estado muebles raspados y totos, a las 16 horas no habian hecho la limpieza del cuarto, pedi hablar con el gerente y me argumento que el hotel esta en remodelacion y por esa razon esas habitaciones estan asi, que es temporada alta y por eso hacen la limpieza de las habitaciones tarde, y practicamente me dijo que como habiaa hecho la reservacion atravez de la app es lo que tenian para mi, llevo muchos años utilizando su app y es la primera vez que tengo este tipo de problema.

La atención del personal nada amable. Llegamos a las 11:30 pm y encontramos el inodoro tapado (clogged). No hubo alternativa para usar otro cuarto ya que a esa hora no había personal para resolver el problema. Así que tuvimos que usar el baño del lobby.
