  • Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, this one-bedroom loft reflects a modern and urban lifestyle. Large windows showcase breathtaking views of the Vancouver skyline, flooding the open living space with natural light. Welcome to your own little Nest in the heart of the bustling city.

    Guests can also enjoy all building amenities, including a patio with a grill, an urban garden, a communal kitchen, a workspace, a gym, and a roof deck.

    SPACIOUS HOME FOR 4 PEOPLE
    Up to four people can sleep comfortably, with a queen-sized bed on the second floor and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. There is one bathroom, and an elevator in the building for easy access.

    MODERN AMENITIES
    The apartment features a portable A/C unit, a kitchenette, washer-dryer, a work desk, a large-screen TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+), free WiFi, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Tea and Coffee Maker.

Clean & central location

Central downtown location near lots of great restaurants and sites. Condo was clean, bright, and comfortable. Fun stay!

Great stay in great location

Property was exactly as advertised - and very comfortable for our 3 nights. Sam is a pleasure to deal with and really cares about his property and your experience. We will definitely stay here again and would encourage you to too.

Perfect spot

The location was very cool. Walking distance from almost everywhere in downtown. Had everything I needed and Nero belgian waffle bar is across the street which is a must try place. Would book here again!

Getaway to enjoy the city

We love coming back to Vancouver. We like to visit favorite places and try new ones. This neighborhood had great food and convenient amenities. We enjoyed walking for most of our visit. The train and bus lines were also very convenient here.

Excellent location

Communication with the host was excellent. The location was fantastic. We could easily walk to restaurants and the shops downtown. The apartment was clean and the perfect size for 2 people. I highly recommend.

As advertised. In the heart of Downtown Vancouver walking distance to restaurants and malls.Starbucks and Nesters Market directly across the road. Sam responded swiftly to our text messages. We loved our stay in Vancouver it felt like home. Walking distance in all directions to malls and restaurants.

Good location

Great apartment in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Most major locations are walking distance from it. The apartment is comfortable with all the essentials for a 4-person family during a short stay.

Vancouver High-rise

Perfect loft-style apartment in downtown at the edge of Yaletown with all the amenities. Some sounds of traffic audible from below, but not at all intolerable. Very secure and convenient; would stay there again!

Awesome experience, great Loft!

Had a great time and loved our stay. For light sleepers, I recommend earplugs. Nothing wrong with the studio, just what you get for the central location. Primo location and awesome host! Will definitely rebook for another visit soon.

Perfect for 2

This loft is the perfect set up when visiting Van. It is a few minute walk in every direction to anything you need. The rooftop BBQ wasn't ideal but we managed, but the unit itself was stocked very well. Easy to get in and out and comes with a parking spot in the parking garage of the building. I will be inquiring again on my next visit.

Beautiful space and cozy stay

We were only there for one night, but my partner and i had a very easy and relaxed stay with clear communication from the host available the whole time. The space is lovely and exactly as pictured. Perhaps smaller than expected but perfect for us. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked and the property was very clean justifying the higher cleaning fee. The building itself is relaticely unassuming, but dont let that deter you. The host has done a great job of making the property itself feel high end. Also, there is a camera facing the entrance inside as you walk in. The host ensured us this was a security measure and the inside equivalent of a Ring camera. We noticed no other recording devices, as promised by the host, so it was not an issue during our stay. Just be mindful if you exit the bathroom after a shower. The camera is pointing toward the front entrance door but it is placed fairly close to the bathroom door that if you're not careful you can forget and walk out of the bathroom to the right and youll be right in front of the entrance door. Overall it was definitely a better deal for us to stay here than at a hotel in the same area. The host was kind, the space was very clean, and we felt very comfortable and well rested in the extremely comfortable bed.
