“Our stay at this property on Sanibel Island was mixed. There were a few positives - the beds were decent, the air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen had the basics to cook meals. The TV setup was fine too.However, there were several serious issues that made the stay disappointing. “This was a cute little cottage close to the beach. Wonderful lighthouse restaurant next door. Bikes were conveniently available for use.”

“This property was initially list as a full 2Bed 1Bath house with several listed pictures that included of the entire house and a BBQ available for use in the backyard. When we arrived, we saw not only that we didn't have the entire house or BBQ available, but there was a renter in a seperated unit within the same house. We went back to check the listing and found all the previous photos were taken down and replaced with a single picture and the property was now listed as an apartment with no BBQ...
