“We had such a great weekend with our college age boys to celebrate our son's 22nd birthday! The cottage was super cute, the A/C worked well, the river was amazing and we had great communication with our host. Super cute towns (Ingram and Kerrville) and the nicest little market nearby with all the supplies we needed. ”

The owner quickly rectified this but caused a delay in our check-in and left a gross feeling in the house knowing how it was essentially speed cleaned in an hour.2) the pool is pretty bad...old, flaky bottom that was peeling off in multiple places. It was also very cloudy when we arrived.3) The kitchen is one of the worst stocked I've rented...dull knives, disorganized, just bad”
