“Ocean view. Old unmaintained room. Grotty -like it has not been cleaned properly for years. Outdoor shower hot water intermittent, the rocks for shower wall were black and slimy. Small maintenance issues not attended to and now bigger issues, rotting timber in wet areas. The Pathways very uneven , not safe for older patrons- sever falls risk.
