“Nice location and brilliant view. But I wouldn't recommend Daku Resort to anyone. The whole place is a mess inside and out. Very poorly maintained. Rooms very filthy. Paints faded everywhere. Broken tiles inside the Bure. Being a house owner, I can personally say that the whole resort hasn't been painted for more then 10 years. It's definitely not worth the money that I had paid to stay there for 2 nights. Reception closes after 9pm and there is no security onsite. You are on your own after...

“This is a lovely little spot. Great views over the bay, plenty of space in the room, nice and quiet, and either a 15min walk or very quick taxi ride into town. Patrick and the family that hosts the lodge are very kind and welcoming.”

“Beautiful resort, quiet area, very well manicured landscaping and maintained guest bungalows. All staff warm and welcoming with special mention for Sarah. Everyone felt like family. One of the top properties I've stayed in years of travel. Could improve on food offered tho.”

“Unfortunately the room had a leaking toilet. No antenna on the TV, therefore not working. Kitchen very small. Room although clean but requires better furniture. Pillows uncomfortable. Ceiling fan not working but air conditioning working. View from bedroom great but water leaking off roof onto balcony making it slippery. Some staff helpful”
