Small maintenance issues not attended to and now bigger issues, rotting timber in wet areas. The Pathways very uneven , not safe for older patrons- sever falls risk. A couple of things didn’t match the listing (no hot tub, bbq is rusty and unusable) the kitchen could use some newer and matching glasses. (Random and mismatched) the property is large and beautiful.
