From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area you reach the spacious terrace with its own garden and plenty of space to play and relax.

Held from the entrance area on the right is the chic shower room with toilet. The large, floor-level shower, towel heating and the illuminated mirror as a niche above the washbasin offer maximum comfort. The walk-in shower is also ideal for guests with disabilities.

Thanks to a great game collection, great evenings with the whole family are guaranteed.

You can get into your bedroom either from the shower room or from the living-dining area.
The bedroom with a comfortable double bed and large wardrobe offers plenty of natural light, but can be darkened quickly and easily thanks to the opaque curtains. Here you also have direct access to the terrace.
The barrier-free apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, WiFi and intelligent lighting.
Children's travel cot and high chair are also available on request at no extra charge.
There is a bicycle room in the basement for your bicycles or e-bikes.
