“We have absolutely loved our stay here! The staff are all wonderful - from the bar and restaurant staff to reception, everyone has been so friendly, helpful and kind and made us feel so at home and comfortable. There was a nice little bar at the swimming pool.the only thing it could do better was the pool could use some repairs and a good cleaning.”

“Solo nos quedamos dos noches aquí tras 9 días recorriendo Creta. Y encontramos lo que buscabamos, descansar y tranquilidad. Teníamos suite Junior con piscina, todo un lujo de habitación y con detalle de bienvenida. Desayuno y cena tipo bufet pero de gran calidad, tiene además 2 restaurantes a la carta. Impresionantes vistas desde la piscina infiniti sobre la playa la cual también vale la pena visitar. El personal muy amable. Si algún día vuelvo a Creta volveré. ”

“Sindssygt lækkert værelse med egen pool. Perfekt til vores ‘babymoon’. Hotellet er mega lækkert, og service er virkelig god. 20 min gåtur fra hotellet ligger byen Elounda, hvor jeg kan anbefale at gå ind om aftenen og spise aftensmad. Eneste minus på hotellet er nemlig maden, der er ret dyr og ret middelmådig. Vi spiste aftensmad der de to første dage, før vi begyndte at tage ned i byen. Der fik vi mere for det halve.
Men alt i alt perfekt pool-værelse.”

Personal muy servicial y agradable, pero no limpian la habitación con profundidad, no cambian las toallas ni sábanas diariamente y los domingos, no hay servicio de "limpieza" de habitación. Según parece es general en toda la ciudad.”

El zumo de naranja no es natural, y el bufé del desayuno no es muy extenso, aunque es de buena calidad.

Las vistas son geniales. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. El baño muy bien. El colchón muy bien. WIFI bien.

"Espectacular resort en todos los sentidos: las instalaciones, el servicio, la comida. El personal es muy amable y siempre pendiente para ayudarte y atenderte. Plaka es un lugar increíble, tranquilo, realmente para descansar. Hay además restaurantes excelentes en el pueblo."
