An dem einen Abend, an welchem ich dort übernachtete, fand im benachbarten Veranstaltungszentrum eine Art Feier statt, die zu erheblichem Lärm geführt hat. Mein Zimmer war straßenseitig gelegen, weshalb ich diesen Lärm beinahe ungefiltert mitbekommen habe.”

Hotel Uman is within walking distance of all Umeå museums, university, river walk, shopping and ferry to Vaasa Finland. The food is excellent (breakfast and dinner) and both are free! The staff is superior---very friendly and accommodating. Hotel Uman is the place to stay in Umeå.”

“Lite mycket aktivitet utanför fönstret eftersom det var fredagkväll och buss-stopp fanns alldeles utanför fönstret. Men störde mindre med fönstret stängt. Lite sommarvarmt i rummet, men fläkt fanns. God och gedigen frukostbuffé! Smidigt läge med parkeringshus i närheten ifall parkering vid hotellet var fullt. ”

“Precioso y original alojamiento, el hotel solamente ocupa una planta del enorme edificio antiguo hospital. Decoración vintage con mucho gusto, la habitación muy espaciosa y muy bien equipada, también con mini frigorífico. Desayuno bueno y abundante, aunque se echa de menos la bollería y leche caliente. A destacar la posibilidad de utilizar la pequeña cocina y espacio para comer.”
