"La Longère" is a beautifully appointed 7-room house spanning 150 m² across 2 levels, welcoming a maximum capacity of 9 guests. The property features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully between the main house and an annex, both of which are arranged over 2 levels.
On the ground floor of the main house, you will find a lounge area complete with an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to the garden, a living and dining room that also opens onto the garden, and a separate smaller living and dining area. A well-equipped kitchen of 12 m² is also situated on this level. 1 bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.
On the upper floor of the main house, a lounge area with a flat-screen television provides a comfortable retreat. This level also accommodates 1 bedroom furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves this floor.
The annex is arranged over 2 levels as well. The ground floor of the annex features a living room with a kitchen area, while the upper floor hosts 1 bedroom containing 2 beds, one measuring 140 cm and one measuring 90 cm in width. A bathroom with WC is also included within the annex.
