In summer, the Tgantieni chairlift remains open and offers bike transport – perfect for mountain bikers and hiking enthusiasts. From the house, you have direct access to beautiful hiking trails and diverse bike routes through nature. The center of Lenzerheide, Heidsee lake, and the sports center are all within a 10–15 minute walk or easily accessible by the sports bus. Whether summer or winter – this apartment is the perfect base for memorable holiday days in the mountains.

The open kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, extractor hood, and plenty of built-in cupboards. The bedroom offers a French double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the bathroom is fitted with a toilet and washbasin. Shared facilities include a ski room, a ski cellar, and a washing machine, which guests must register to use in a list located in the laundry room.
