“Good and far the staff they don’t speak English ”

“A fuir ! La chambre ne dispose d’aucune vraie aération (je dis « vraie », vous allez comprendre pourquoi), ainsi l’odeur dans la chambre et surtout dans la salle de bain était nauséabonde ! La chambre dispose d’un seul ventilateur qui brasse de l’air chaud, c’est difficile de trouver le sommeil ! Tout était sale : de la moisissure, des cheveux (qui n’étaient pas les nôtres) dans la salle de bain et dans le lit, je ne pense pas que les draps aient été changés. Cependant, si vous aimez les...

“The positive aspects: excellent staff. The manager, Taa, was the manager, who provided transportation to and from the transit stations The rooms were spacious. The property had ample common space. The pool area was large and scenic. The restaurant had a decent menu and was convenient. The only negative for us was the immediate area around the resort was not particularly walkable. It is serviced by an unpaved road. ”

“The staff at The Columns are extremely nice and helpful. The included breakfast has many nice options and is well-prepared. We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. The second floor is not great for tall people because there are so many low ceilings, and the rooms feel cramped. ”

“Room initially given to us hadn’t been cleaned. Corrected the mistake quickly. Rooms are huge, clean. Gym was just on the first floor area and no aircon so limited how long you could exercise. Breakfast was ok but fairly limited unless you’re ok with noodles and fried rice for breakfast. Location was quiet and walkable to restaurants.”

“Very well placed in Kampot, walking distance to many spots (and ability to park a bike if you hire one). Very friendly, helpful (arranged a good value return bus to Phnom Penh) and English-speaking staff. Many food options just down the street. Recommend you discuss with the owner about the various room options. ”
