    The villa is an ideal holiday destination for those who appreciate peace, privacy and a natural environment and love the sea. It is located in the small village of Nova on the island of Korcula, right on the beach and has a magnificent view of the sea and the opposite small islands. It is a stone house built in Dalmatian style, surrounded by a park with typical Mediterranean plant, by a private road leading to the beach.
    Villanova with its contents, it allows you to spend your holiday in a natural environment:
    - Open terrace with stunning sea views
    -Covered terrace with comfortable seating for relaxing with a glass of good wine,
    Grill and dining area open onto the garden terrace in the lush, spacious garden,
    -Schwimmingpool With a terrace for sunbathing and a gazebo,
    -a private jetty at the beach with deck chairs and sun umbrellas,
    -kristallklare sea water
     This is everything you need on holiday after an exhausting year spent in the closed rooms (on the job, at school, in the week of drying ...).

    The villa consists of a ground and first Floor. The ground floor kitchen, dining room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large, partially covered terrace, barbecue and laundry room.
    In the first Floor are the cocktail bar with a pool table, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and balcony. The floor is reached over the outward travel. In the Villla air conditioners are available.

    The lush, park-like garden with pool, gazebo and sun area benches and loungers are available. The villa has a private dock for boats. It is the ideal accommodation for families and friends.

    The nearest 1.4 km to Potirna, many shops and restaurants are in Vela Luka, which is only 6 km away. The many restaurants offer traditional cuisine with local wine. After dinner, guests can leisurely stroll past the many bars while listening to local music.

lovely villa and lovely hosts

this house was built and organized with much love and care: the various places where you can sit to enjoy the weather, the equipment all around to make your stay as agreeable as possible. we have rented many houses during the years, but Nadia and Petar made us feel very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Une semaine passée à 8 ( 2 couples et 4 ados), maison très bien située face à la mer . Fonctionnelle mis à part que l étage et le rez de chaussée ne communiquent pas . Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles . Un vrai petit paradis sur une île magnifique . La semaine fut trop courte pour tous les 8!

Amazing

We had the best stay here! The property manager was gracious and accommodating. The property itself was a dream. Yes the place is disconnected - meaning 2 of the four rooms were in an upstairs unit with their own bathroom while the other two rooms and other bathroom were below with the kitchen - but this didn't matter to us as we were two couples. So in fact this afforded us more privacy. The pool was lovely and the beach- perfect. A magical place :)

The garden, pool and views to the sea were superb. The villa had a well equipped kitchen which was easy to prepare food. The inside of the villa was smaller than I expected but everything was comfortable and clean. The main drawback which I was not aware of on booking was that there was no internal staircase connecting the upstairs and downstairs of the property, which was not ideal for us as my mother who is 86 struggled to walk up the quite steep access path to the upstairs and car parking space. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay.

Maison au bord de la mer

Maison très agréable avec piscine et accès privé à la mer. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse et étaient disponibles à tout moment avant et pendant notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié le changement de linge au bout d’une semaine sans rien demander. La maison est dans un lieu très reposant. Nova est un petit quartier très tranquille et le village le plus proche est également calme mais permet de faire des courses. Seul bémol l’accès uniquement par l’extérieur entre le Rdc et le 1er étage.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in tollem Haus

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren wie beschrieben, einfach wunderschön. Es gab alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben. Der Pool war groß und sehr sauber, man ist in wenigen Schritten über den privaten Zugang direkt am Meer. Das Meer war toll und sauber. Es gab am Pool viele Liegen, ebenso eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit. Es gab einen separaten Essbereich im Freien mit einem Grill. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und waren sehr bemüht, dass wir einen schönen Urlaub haben und uns in ihrem Haus wohl fühlen.

Traumhaft schön

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage, mit direktem Meerzugang. Man hat alles was man braucht im Apartment. Auch tolle Außenanlage. Schöner Garten mit Pool zum Entspannen. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns mit Obst und gutem Wein verwöhnt haben. Ein kleines Manko: der 1. Stock ist nur vom Außen zugänglich. Trotzdem 100% Weiterempfehlung .

Peaceful tranquility

Wonderful quiet location, 15 mins drive from Vela Luka. Nadija and Peter made us so welcome, thank you. The island is scenic and beautiful and Korcula town well worth a visit. Would thoroughly recommend but car hire fairly essential, but easy to arrange through agencies in Vela Luka. We hope to return!

Dream villa, heavenly location, wonderful experience

This was one of those rental experiences which exceeded our high expectations. The location is even more stunning than hoped for – the view across the sparkling blue pool to the crystal azure waters at the end of the garden were just breath-taking. Sunset drinks on the upper terrace were a highlight. To be able to plunge into the Adriatic Sea from our very own piece of coastline was the ultimate luxury. The villa is beautifully appointed with every comfort. We quickly got used to the top floor having a separate entrance from the main floor, and in fact it was nice to have a completely distinct area to relax and play pool in. We enjoyed long al fresco lunches and dinners in the tree-shaded outdoor dining area – there’s a barbeque with everything you need for a lovely grill, or a well-equipped kitchen to make meal preparation easy. Nadija, her husband and son looked after us with such care and generosity – from the very first communication, to the conclusion of our stay, the whole experience was easy and friendly. Vela Luka, a short drive away through the olive groves, is a charming seaside town with everything you need from shops and supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and lots of options for activities. We highly recommend taking the ferry/water taxi to Proizd Island for a day of spectacular swimming, a relaxing lunch, postcard-perfect pebble beaches. This slice of heaven is highly recommended and I hope we’ll be able to return some day for another blissful holiday. Thank you Nadija!

Unser vielleicht bester Urlaub...

Wir (2 Familen, 4 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) verbrachten einen 4-wöchigen Urlaub in der Villa Nova. Die Anreise nach Korcula dauert zwar lange, doch wenn man diese gut und mit Übernachtungen auf Hin-und Rückfahrt plant, gestaltet sich das Reisen sehr entspannt. Wichtig: nicht freitags / samstags an-/ abreisen, da kann es vor allem an den Fähren zu erheblichen Wartezeiten kommen. Die Villa entspricht voll und ganz den Angaben und Bildern im Online-Inserat. Die Lage und Anlage ist traumhaft und idyllisch. Durch den grünen Garten , der den Pool umrahmt, ist es auch im August nie zu heiß und der Blick von den Terassen auf das Meer ist - vor allem am Morgen - sagenhaft. Allerdings ist die Villa unserer Meinung nach nichts für Menschen, die es im Urlaub sehr abwechslungs- und erlebnisreich brauchen. Dafür ist die Lage einfach zu abgeschieden. Um bspw. nach Vela Luka zu kommen, muss man schon 10 - 15 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Auch der nächste Supermarkt ist 10 Autominuten entfernt. Uns jedenfalls hat das nicht gestört. Das 1989 erbaute Haus erfüllte alle unsere Anforderungen, war sauber und gepflegt. Wenn mal etwas nicht funktionierte, waren unsere Vermieter Nadja und Petar sofort zur Stelle. Haus, Garten und der Pool wurden regelmäßig gepflegt / gereinigt. Überhaupt sind die beiden ganz wunderbare Gastgeber, die keine Mühen und Aufwände scheuten, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Auch beim Kranen des mitgebrachten Motorboots haben sie uns nicht im Stich gelassen und dafür gesorgt, dass diese Aktion - ebenso wie das spätere Anlegen an der hauseigenen Boje - problem- und reibungslos über die Bühne ging. Auch bei Fragen nach Restaurants, Fähren, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, (Kinder-) Ärzten, etc. standen Nadja und Petar immer schnell und mit guten Ratschlägen zur Verfügung. Wir können und möchten die Villa Nove uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Nochmals ein dickes Dankeschön an Nadja und Petar für die Spitzenbetreuung!

Un villa pratique les pieds dans l'eau

Excellent séjour de 15 jours en famille dans cette belle villa en bord de mer. Les plus de la villa : - la localisation de la villa à 10 km de Vela Luka dans un hameau isolé et calme - la mer au fond du jardin : une petite porte, un sentier de 10 mètres et on y est ! - un très belle piscine carrelée où les enfants passeraient leurs journées - la climatisation dans chaque pièce - un très bon niveau d'équipement du logement - une propreté irréprochable et enfin des propriétaires sympathiques et attentifs ! Remarque pour les parents avec jeunes enfants : les 2 étages ne communiquent que par l'extérieur. Pour le reste, les photos et la description de la villa sont absolument conformes avec la réalité.

Top Lage, bestens ausgestattet!

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist grandios! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet besonders die Küche! Bis auf scharfe Messer muss man nichts mitnehmen. Wir waren zu acht und es war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Für Ruhesuchende der ideale Ort. Supermarkt und Lokale sind etwas weit weg und wer Abendunterhaltung sucht ist hier fehl am Platz. aber für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder!

Fantastic villa with great hosts

What a great place to stay. The pictures do not do this place justice. We were a group of seven adults and there was plenty of room. The amenities within the villa are first class, plenty of towels, dishes, utensils etc. even for a large group. The pool was certainly appreciated given the temperatures in the mid 30's. Snorkelling in front of the villa was a lot of fun as well. The villa is very private and the neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful at all times. For our week-long stay we rented a boat in Vela Luka which is about a 20 minute boat trip from the villa (about the same time by car). This was a highlight of our trip as we were able to visit nearby islands and we even took the boat to Korcula Town (about 30km by boat). If you decide to rent a boat you should know there is no mooring in front of the villa. Luckily the neighbours were not using theirs. But you can leave the boat in Vela Luka so this is not a huge problem. Vela Luka and Korcula Town are both amazing. The prehistoric caves in Vela Luka are a must-see. Peter and Nadija were incredible hosts. They made us feel very welcome and were so helpful. Peter's knowledge of the area's history is impressive. We have travelled to many parts of the world and stayed in many villas and I have never come across such gracious hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time.
