The apartment is divided into a living-dining room (with lake view) with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, dining table with 5 chairs, flat-screen TV, 1 bedroom,
1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 1 toilet, anteroom with box. In the living area there is a double folding bed that can be hidden in a few simple steps a day. 40m ² terrace with lake view and garden furniture.
