Welcome to the charming Villa Mara, an exclusive holiday villa in the idyllic fishing village of Caleta de Vélez, near Málaga, in a quiet residential area on the Costa del Sol. The southwest-facing villa offers luxurious comfort for up to 9 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Spread over two levels, the villa consists of two separate, fully equipped apartments that together form one unit.



Villa Mara is perfect for a large family holiday or a getaway with friends. All rooms have double-glazed windows and insect screens. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away.



Upstairs, you will find a bright living room with air conditioning, dining table, TV, balcony, and wonderful views. The balcony is furnished with comfortable seating and an extendable dining table, offering sea views. Both upstairs bedrooms feature air conditioning and insect screens for restful sleep. The elegant master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with a table for your morning coffee and direct access to the beautiful garden.



The lower apartment is on the pool level. It offers another cosy living room with air conditioning and digital TV, two bedrooms with air conditioning and insect screens for up to 5 guests, two en-suite bathrooms, and a modern open kitchen in Andalusian style, harmoniously integrated into the living area. All rooms are bright, welcoming, and tastefully furnished. From the lower living room, you have direct access to the pool terrace and pool. This area is accessible from the upper apartment via a curved staircase.
