“The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff. “FOUR DAYS HOSTED IN SIOLIM HOUSE We fell in love with the images showing on the website, but nothing could be further from reality. Very neglected Hotel, whole house needs a better maintenance. The Superior Room ("Macao") and bathroom need a deep cleaning, sheets and towels old and torn, no wifi available in room.
