Beautiful and bright, lots of light and windowsComes with small kitchenette, fridge, washing machine. 3 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and ensuite, 1 with queen bed and 1 with 2 single bedsPerfect location, not at all busy in the morning. On the 3rd floor so a few stairs to get up but this is fine.Right next to the Giglio vaparetto stop for easy transport. Would definitely stay again ”

“We very much liked this property: very clean, nice layout, right on one of the canals, perfect for 4 people. It was a little ways from the main “hustle & bustle” areas of Venice, so it would be considered a more quiet area of the city, but then you had to do a little more walking to get to where you wanted to go (which wasn’t so bad, because we got to see more!). One thing I would highly stress, and not just for this specific property but any in Venice: Do Not leave your windows open at night -...

“We couldn’t have been happier with the choice to stay in this house. It was more spacious than we expected, very clean, and excellent service and communication from the company. I really appreciated being able to do laundry, especially traveling with kids. Also, the private courtyard was a beautiful place to enjoy coffee and breakfast. The neighborhood is convenient to restaurants and some shops. I highly recommend this property! ”

“Wonderful property with fully stocked breakfast kitchen. Host were absolutely wonderful, Silvia made homemade grappa and preserves that were delicious. I can’t say enough about the property and location! Other than the hike up the stairs ( can’t be helped in these buildings - beware) the apartment was a dream and the balcony upstairs was a wonderful retreat from the crowds. This one is a must!!”
