Outstanding in all respects- only 4-5 min walk to the St.Marks. It was right in the middle of the shopping and dining district! Very clean, Absolutely would go back . Georgio was great!

The apartment looked exactly like it did in the pictures and was as advertised. Great location in Venice with easy access to Rialto and St. Mark's. Would definitely try to stay again on future visits.

The property was spacious and very clean. Giorgio was very accommodating to our early arrival. The property is well situated to be in the centre of the action but tucked away so we were not bothered by excessive noise. We truly had an excellent stay in Venice

Giorgio was so kind to greet us when we arrived and showed us around the property to make sure we have everything we needed. It was a clean and beautiful location and place to stay for my family. Great stay in Venice!

Giorgio was a wonderful host! He responded to all my questions prior to arrival and met us at the water taxi to guide us to the apartment! That was a great help! The apartment was very comfortable for our stay. We would stay here again!

Great apartment in great location!

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. Perfectly located, it has a great view of a canal where you can see gondolas pass by. About 5 min walk to St Marks square. It has a large living room and modern kitchen. Great host.

Excellent spacious apartment right next to canals and Saint Mark's

We had a wonderful time. Giorgio helped us with a very smooth check in and met us at the ferry at Rialto. The place is well equipped, more spacious than the photos suggest and extremely clean. Its location is amazing, footsteps from shops, restaurants and the main sights of Venice. Highly recommended for any trip to Venice.

Fantastic location!

You could not ask for a better location to walk to the main sights. - and the view of the canal with a constant stream of gondolas passing by was fantastic! The apartment was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely book here again!

Beautiful Apartment

Great location on a heart of the city, near to everything, easy access to everything, walking distance to everything. Also, our hostess wait for us at the boat taxi station to take us to the apartment, that was a big bigness help.

Apartment is in a great, easily accessible area and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay! The host was accessible and helpful with local information. He met us at the transport area and walked us to the apartment!

4 adults in Italy for 3 weeks

We stayed at this rental in San Marco as part of a 3 week trip in Italy. The host was great, location is perfect for access to square, sights, water taxis, restaurants, shopping, etc. Air conditioning works well, clean, larger than it looks in photos, on canal so you can watch gondolas go by or close windows when you don’t. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!

Great Location

Giorgio met us at our water taxi and walked us to the apartment. He recommended some restaurants and markets nearby. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and is in a great location between Rialto and St marks square.
